In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“the surveyor we employed was fab, good job we opted for a full survey even though some of the suggestions from some surveyors when they contacted me suggested I go for a less intense survey. Got a lower quote on contact than on the site itself. But a great service to get starting point quote.”

“Nobody bothered to contact us, probably because the job was likely to be a small one. We might as well have just gone via yellow pages. Decent electricians are hard to come by and in the end we went via a relative's recommendation.”

“The guys from Best Compliance seem to know exactly what they're doing. From receiving the quote to completion, they were very efficient. They managed to fit me in within a couple of days as i needed the EPC pretty quick. Great service, will call again and certainly recommend.”

“Good info and good for 'local' contacts. However, whilst some of the surveyors were local, most were just larger countrywide groups. It's a free service so you get what you get, But be warned. I signed up for this and within minutes, seconds!, my phone was ringing with surveyors plying for trade. And then it didn't stop. My phone then didn't stop ringing for over a week...... Up to 9 pm in the evening. I stopped answering it in the end. At one point I had 30 missed calls from one afternoon! It became ridiculous. And then there were the emails...... I had to block most of them in the end. Same generic email was sent out sometimes up to twice a day. In the end, there were no local surveyors from the area we are buying, so I went with a larger company. They at least gave a decent service.”
