“Very clear website,easy to use and I really liked the amount of useful information that detailed what you should expect from each profession. Confirmation email came through very quickly detailing four possible architects in my local area all were given my email address and also my landline phone number unfortunately only one contracted me and I am waiting for him to contact me again for a site visit. I find it a shame your website provides such a good and informative service but is let down through no fault of your own by others you are trying to promote”

“I received quotes from many solicitors/conveyancers and I selected one of them for the next stage. One feedback would be that you provide an option to enter the exact property value rather than choose a range (eg., £200,000) . This way the solicitors can provide an exact quote.”

“We received the quotes and started getting calls. The problem is that most of the surveyors struggle to explain their services and the value it provides the buyer.every answer is riddled with uncertainty over the prpfessional conduct and qualifications RICS provides. There is little protection for anyone purchaser or seller if the surveyor makes errors. Professional negligence or otherwise. Plus the price of £200 to £250 an hour is absurd given the amount of cuts and paste.”

“Ed was prompt and explained his duties in providing his services. On a plys he charges were only £350 compared to others detailing nearly £600 Would definitely use/recommend again”
