“The survey was excellent. The surveyor in question was extremely helpful. He phoned me, shortly after the survey and before payment, to talk me through the finer details of the survey. He was on the phone for around 20 minutes, answering all questions, and giving much invaluable inf. At all times he was friendly, helpful, available, and professional. Following his advice I declined from buying the property under inspection. He saved me from making a major mistake, which would have involved me in much nuisance, stress and expense. He also agreed to advise me on any future purchase, prior to entering into a survey. His knowledge of the local area gave me confidence to move forward with my search for an acceptable property. I can thoroughly recommend him, and the firm.”
