“Found really helpful. - before I used the site I was ringing round trades people and being fobed off - told they would ring me back etc. But never getting anywhere and thinking I would never get the work done I needed - But just 5mins on this site I had local trades people emailing me with quotes and actually wanting to do the work! - really pleased. - thank you”

“We chose our surveyor from your list and were pleased with the service we received. However, once we had selected the surveyor we wanted to use, we kept getting e-mails from others on the list which was a bit annoying. Maybe you could find a way to block other hopefuls once a decision has been made.”
