“I just wanted to have a simple idea about how prices move around in the house surveying business, but my details were sent out to all listed companies who immediately contacted me... I had multiple phone calls (along with a dozen emails), having to explain to each, that I was just exploring the prices... Really annoying... don't send out my details, I will contact them when I see fit. Other than this, I liked the comparisons I was provided with.”

“Harry Jones contacted me immediately after my initial enquiry about obtaining an EPC Certificate and offered to visit within two days. We arranged the appointment and Harry was kind enough to text on his way as we don't live at the property and that saved us waiting in. Absolutely first class from start to finish. Friendly reliable service at a fraction of the cost offered by local agents. I would definitely use Harry again and would not hesitate to recommend his service.”
