“I think surveys charge to much as 2 hours work in the region of 550 pound how they justify all that money when a solicitor charge 900 for his work which is more difficult”

“Four out of the six quotes were much higher (for an EICR) than those I obtained from elsewhere. Some were quite distant from the given location for the work which may account for the higher charges. Only one made direct contact the next day.”

“The website provided an excellent range of quotes which in conjunction with checking on-line reviews, I was able to make a selection. I would have marked it higher but for one issue. My mobile phone rang frequently when I was driving because the surveyors were all trying to call me even though I had provided an email address. My aim was to go through all the email quotations at the same time later in the day. Consequently I believe the website should provide tick boxes to indicate how you would like the quotations delivered, in particular one for "no calls."”

“I used GN Electricals Ltd (George Northey). Fortunately George had an electrician working in the area (Richard), who was excellent, he popped in for 20-30 minutes between jobs, on the same day as I had posted the work. Thanks to everyone the work was finished within 2 hours from posting. Regards”
