“Many thanks the list of surveyors for an EPC was a great help. I used an Anthony Gray who charged £48.00 he was courteous, professional and prompt (he came the very next day) and the whole thing took less than one hour. I would recommend him and your service to anyone needing an EPC.”

“We heard from several architects very promptly and I have spoken to one or two on the phone. All were helpful but some were based a bit far from where we live and as we only want a modest porch extension, it was not really in their interest to pursue the matter.”
