“Out of the list of surveyors given to us, we had a response from 5no companies all of whom gave a fairly detailed description of their services. All gave confirmed quotations for the survey and all quotations were within £30 of each other. This seemed to me to be a satisfactory way of finding a suitable surveyor.”
