Our main business is helping home owners and home buyers make contact with Building Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Architects, Domestic Energy Assessors, Electricians, Drainage Contractors and other people providing property related services. In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“I think surveys charge to much as 2 hours work in the region of 550 pound how they justify all that money when a solicitor charge 900 for his work which is more difficult”

“The website provided an excellent range of quotes which in conjunction with checking on-line reviews, I was able to make a selection. I would have marked it higher but for one issue. My mobile phone rang frequently when I was driving because the surveyors were all trying to call me even though I had provided an email address. My aim was to go through all the email quotations at the same time later in the day. Consequently I believe the website should provide tick boxes to indicate how you would like the quotations delivered, in particular one for "no calls."”

“The actual website and service is fine, the individual contractor at the top of the list didn't reply. What I would really like is to book the service on this website. This helps find somebody and get an idea of price, but if you want something quickly it seems this site doesn't help.”

“A rather unnerving experience...as soon as I had put my telephone number onto my query, I started receiving marketing calls from the Surveyors......I was only interested in the price, but one of two were quite aggressive. The site did not make it clear that I would e instantly contacted by these people.”

“It needs to be clearer to surveyors what type of surveyis needed as i was bombarded with full survey quotes when all i wanted was a surveyors valuation (as i indicated on the form). Only one surveyor picked up on what i actually wanted”

“Sadly the companies recommended weren't local and offered their services at what I considered too expensive for what I needed. I also received unsolicited calls that were unwelcome. It did ,however, help me realise that the company down the road were asking a more realistic price.”

“Very pleased that there were a number of surveyors and removal firms from which it choose. However, would prefer to contact them myself when I was ready to complete my house move and did not want them e-mailing and telephone me giving me dates.”

“I got quotes and a list of companies straight away. I was then contacted by those companies via email to confirm quotes and offer to match others, etc. However, I then also got bombarded via phone and email by many other companies, one not even relating to the query I had requested. Useful, but the the volume of additional companies you get hassled with multiple times was unwanted. That alone will stop me using it again.”
