In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“I got quotes and a list of companies straight away. I was then contacted by those companies via email to confirm quotes and offer to match others, etc. However, I then also got bombarded via phone and email by many other companies, one not even relating to the query I had requested. Useful, but the the volume of additional companies you get hassled with multiple times was unwanted. That alone will stop me using it again.”

“Received 5 contacts, two of the listed people, we emailed directly, no response from those two however. We did receive automated timely responses from others, we are happy with going ahead with one of the sent via Local Surveyors Direct.”

“It didn't. I found the spate of phone calls and emails generated by my general enquiry were quite invasive. Telephone calls addressing me as Derek were particularly irritating. The first call occurred about 60 seconds after my enquiry. I will make a point of not using any of the firms involved.”

“I used the service as a general enquiry to compare the prices of local surveyors. I did not expect to be contacted by one before I had even switched the computer off. I was also emailed by 3 contacts. I had expected I would be contacting them rather than them chasing me. I have chosen a local surveyor recommended by the Estate Agents.”

“Google response only showed me CAMBS, but follow up e-mail showed me extra, more specified location of companies eg. St Neots; which was much more informative.”

“You did your bit and supplied eight possible contacts and based on the information from the two who responded you emailed them all. Only two of the eight responded and today i have emailed four of the remaining ones and discounted two as being further away. The two that responded were Robert Wood and Richard Brearey. I have just emailed those four and Ian Whitehead has rejected the email address you gave as non existent!”

“I have received information from a couple of local company's about my extension, but I also keep recieveing emails that say my search is still being processed and asking me to provide more information, but when I click on the link it takes me to a form, that I have already completed before, so I am a bit confused about why I am getting so many email messages about my search”

“I was happy with the service, but did get an unexpected bombardment of offers from surveyors! Yes I know that is the point and how things work, but it was a surprise - say 5 phone calls and 12 emails within the hour - just letting people know this will happen.”

“'Wouldn't say I was actually 100% delighted as I was hoping to find a recomendation for someone who could provide me with a EPC within my area. Whilst someone got back to me almost immediately I remember somewhere within your information that I should check that the person who offers this service is qualified to do so. How do I check that? I thought that if someone made contact with me via your site that that I would be assured that I didn't need to worry. Maybe I'm missing something here and everything is fine - but you now have me wondering. How do I know?”

“It was good to be able to get an idea of what is on offer for the region but I was looking for something specific and all i got was quotations for house surveys. I also received a curtesy call from one - not a big issue but unexpected.”
