In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“Put in the address of the property to be surveyed, five companies sent a quote straight away, two being Gold Crest Surveyors and Cosey Homes Chartered Surveyors. Followed the link and booked a survey with Gold Crest, only to be told the following day, “they don’t cover that area”. That begs the question who give a quote when you know the address and even allow you to book a survey ? The following day before I booked a survey with Cosey Homes Chartered Surveyors I telephoned them and asked if they covered the area. Yet again despite knowing the address and giving a quote they said they didn’t The site is useless !!!!”

A helpful gentleman who came out the same day, he explained everything throughout the process, he was very thorough and he is certainly a credit to his company.
