“One of the companies that emailed me after my intitial enquiry quoting £300 less 10% discount if I booked this week. When I contacted them they then quoted me £500. Not impressed”

“You took my postcode automatically whereas I had typed in where the property is that I wish to convert: in Hertfordshire. Your architects must have been intrigued to convert a barn in Swiss Cottage London. So - alas - a waste of everyone's time. But thanks Edie Raff”
