“The review gave are a list but only two contacted me - neither had read the brief description, one that replied they couldn't do commercial and the other offered an expensive phone consultation. I was hoping to get a quick estimate of the cost of calculations and drawings but just got a list of architects.”

“Very easy website to use. Put me in touch with local assessors immediately. Chose Sam Gibbons who had 5 * reviews and he was excellent. He emailed initially and then arranged a mutually convenient date for property inspection. He explained rhe process, how the EPC rating was determined and any possible recommendations to improve efficiency. He turned up when he said he would, did a thorough inspection promptly, and EPC report was available online within 24 hours. He was also very competitively priced. Highly recommended and will use again plus recommend to any friends/family who require an EPC.”

“I am a tenant , and my landlady asked myself, if I would contact a local electrician to carry out an E.I.C. REPORT which was long overdue, and needed; to take the one bed property, to the next level of government legal requirements . Local surveyors direct were very helpful, in supplying a list of qualified electricians, with varied competitive prices. I contacted david Richard , to carry out the inspection. Who turned up very promptly, in the morning. David explained what was needed by legal requirements and carried out his work in a professional manner explaining any changes that needed to be made. I Was very happy, with the visit, and will definitely; use and recommend david and local surveyors direct again to friends and family. Kind regards. R.k moon.”
