“Emailed 3 suggestions on a Sunday afternoon for an asbestos survey. Heard back from 2 of them later that evening. Competitive quotes. Work not done yet so can't judge that, but the system obviously works.”

“Found Local Surveyors Direct when I decided to google local architects in sheer frustration at the lack of response from one I was in talks with. I prefer to go by recommendation but have to say I'm impressed with the level of detail provided by Local Surveyors Direct and how quick and easy the service is to use. For me the best thing is the fact that you can sit back and wait to be contacted - this sorts out the pro-active architects who actually want your business from the ones who are less interested. I have yet to see how it pans out but initial impressions are good.”

“I had spent literally the whole afternoon calling surveyors who either overcharged, could not address my particular concern or were fully booked up for weeks ahead. As a last resort I googled something like 'surveyors' price comparison' and instantly was presented with 5 choices, all very reasonably priced. I called the first on the list and was amazed and so relieved at last to speak at some length directly to an experienced and well qualified surveyor who totally understood my particular requirements and was sufficiently patient and flexible to accommodate them. He also offered by far the most reasonable price and earliest availability of all my quotes. I could not recommend your site more enthusiastically. Thank you so.”
