“I needed an Electrical Safety Certificate for a Landlord Licence for a studio in Slough. Local Surveyors Direct sent me 4 names withing a couple of minutes and one engineer, Kamran Shahzad, contacted me a few minutes later. He has been very accommodating regarding time of appointment as the tenants are available only after 17:00. Kamran is coming to carry out the safety test on 11/06/19. He explained to me the process and when to expect the certificate etc. So far, I'm very pleased. The other engineers also contacted me but couldn't come after 17:00. Thank you, Local Surveyors”

“It was great to be able to get a few immediate quotes. Chose the cheapest who were the first to contact me, they quoted 5-7days before doing the survey, but it was booked and done within 3 days. Just awaiting report now. Good service by all.”
