In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“The surveyor we found off the website, Philip Milne of H.I.C.H, promised things he clearly had no intention of delivering. Since he got my money he does not answer my calls. Whoops, there goes £400. Feels like a scam to me.”

Hi - thanks for your comments on the Supplier you found on our website. We take Customer complaints very seriously and always investigate and take the appropriate action. I can confirm that in the case of this particular Supplier, we removed his listing from our websites in May 2019 and his details are no longer being given to Customers. I appreciate this does not help your situation, but I hope it gives you some reassurance. “Excellent concept, easy-to-use site. I had no idea if / how I could get a technical review of a small project to help me with deciding whether to proceed. Received 2 definite quotes very quickly and am taking up one of them. A couple of issues with the site - some abbreviations are not explained and I still do not know what they mean (relating to type of work quoted for); it is easy to lose the information you have entered if you navigate forwards through one company's services and then want to return to look at an alternative. I had to re-enter the original data several times and ended up receiving several duplicate instant quotes.”

“We eventually used the services of Nigel Lassetter of Manor House Surveyors. we were contacted by a number of surveyors but Mr Lassetter stood out from the rest as being very knowledgeable and professional. Mr lassetter helped us with a dispute with our neighbours who were at first were very difficult. Mr Lassetter help explain the party wall act to our neighbours who then appointed him as a a joint surveyor reducing our cost significantly. we fully recommend both Mr Lassetter and Manor House Surveyors. “First time i have used this website.Helped me decide which to use and understand the different surveys !! Each and every one very Good it helps understanding the breakdown what is involved, costs and where they are based. ( I was impressed how quick i had emails so much choice !!)
