“The companies list given to me I got no where with them the ones I contacted, except one who I wondered the quote was dear, but so far is the only quote I have, so can not compare. I wanted extention cables replaced for the phone.”

“Very good service. I have found what I need in minutes. I've been lucky to have someone available to do the survey I need the following week in a competitive price. The only minus is that everyone listed on my query has received my email address so now I still receive another offers which I don't need neither want but , hey ho ,”

“I chose the first surveyor on the list you sent me due to the fact the cost was the lowest and they were local but when I telephoned to make an appointment the person who answered informed me he was entertaining friends and could I ring back later! Needless to say I did not ring back and contacted the 2nd surveyor on the list who was very attentive and came at very short notice today to survey the work being considered, I am very pleased with the surveyor who was very informative and would recommend the company to any of my friends. The company is named Quintessence in Addiscombe, Croydon. I confirm I found your website very helpful indeed.”

“this whole thing has been a waste of time, i wanted quotes for a survey of the house i want to buy NOT conveyancing quotes. Localsurveyorsdirect is obviously a misleading title and not what it says on the tin”
