In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“Having entered our information i was pleased to get two or three responses quite quickly. Also to be led, through it, to a local architect who, if interested, would fit the bill.”

“I was very impressed to initially receive 5 names to contact within minutes of my request. However, was disappointed no-one made contact with me so I phoned and emailed each company. Again no-one returned my calls or emails. I eventually found out that the prices quoted on the site were unrealistic and at least a third cheaper than the correct cost.”

“We found localsurveyorsdirect a great way to find surveyors in our area. It told us who was in our area gave a good indication of cost and most of the surveyors contacted us by email to give more information. We chose a suveyor who was local to us and gave us great service.”

“Danny at DL Electrical installed a 4" bathroom extractor fan with isolator switch, and also replaced an electric shower and added an isolator switch. He also fitted a new, much required, distribution panel with RCDs. He worked in the limited space and difficult conditions easily and efficiently, finishing the job quickly and overcoming problems effortlessly and eventually supplying certification for the work.”

“A very good website which gave me a selection of suitable surveyors for my requirements.
