Wanted to find a snagging surveyor for my new build. Although the site appeared to be capable of doing that, in fact all I got were offers for full building surveys, and some of the surveyors who called me didn't do snagging surveys. The prices quoted were all substantially higher than the going rate for snagging surveys.
