“The service was excellent in that a number of survey quotes were received within minutes. however, the system lets itself down by a number, not all, following up with direct emails and text messages. this is not helpful.”

“The form was easily completed, but not made clear that a large number of surveyors would be actively in touch (immediately). Of course this is in some ways good, but I now receive several calls/texts/emails a day asking if I want a survey!”

Made call to Danlec Electrical Solutions Ltd and was efficiently and professionally treated. The EICR survey was arranged for the following week. So far I am happy with the service.”
