In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“Went on the website to see a list of surveyors in my area. Without my permission for my contact information to be shared, I’m now being hounded constantly by people who aren’t even surveyors which only started after using this website. Sick through my back teeth, 10 calls an hour on average.”

“Your mail :- Estimates from VAT registered suppliers are already VAT inclusive. This is no correct. Go2 estimate of £130.00 is plus VAT”

“I just wanted to have a simple idea about how prices move around in the house surveying business, but my details were sent out to all listed companies who immediately contacted me... I had multiple phone calls (along with a dozen emails), having to explain to each, that I was just exploring the prices... Really annoying... don't send out my details, I will contact them when I see fit. Other than this, I liked the comparisons I was provided with.”

“The hourly quote I received for checking why my shower wasn’t working was far too expensive, I found someone in my local magazine at a third of the price quoted.”

“All quotes were unacceptably high in my opinion. Perhaps they should be checked. I felt that , as a woman, I was treated as someone who knew nothing about home repairs etc and therefore could be taken advantage of. I have in my time renovated seven houses so am fairly knowledgeable!”

“As soon as I submitted my details, I was bombarded by phone calls and emails. In one case, I had the same person phone twice. Some might like that, for me it was an incredible annoyance. I just wanted to quickly see some rates.”

“The search for a surveyor was fine, but I have been constantly contacted by several surveyors since and it is very annoying. Customers using your site want a surveyor, so should be able to pick and choose based on the results your website gives. They shouldn’t have to be contacted by 5 or 6 in the space of a day. I will not be using this search again.”

“When I did a search, many of the surveyors were not very local. I found many more relevant surveyors by a search in Google Maps.”

“Whilst it listed quite a fewl companies, I was then contacted by several by phone & e mail which was a bit of a pain. I would rather I was left to select who to use in peace. The outcome was that I did not use any of the companies that were listed”

“Used the service to provide a brief and get some contacts to consider for project, however, none of the information we submitted seems to have been passed to the suppliers who are contacting us. Why take the time to provide information upfront if noe of it is going to be passed onto to people??”
