“I appreciate being given contact details for various companies for a survey but since leaving my contact details with Local Surveyors, I have been bombarded with phonecalls, text messages and emails and rather than makng my life easier, I am now confused and frustrated. I do not appreciate constant phonecalls on a Sunday. I don't think companies should contact people directly, rather the customer should be able to do this themselves, or at least contact should be made just via email and the customer should not be bombarded constantly.”

“I stumbled on this site when I wanted several electrical jobs done. A EHCR and some kitchen appliances installed. What I liked most was how you were directed straight to tradesman with suitable qualificans, contact details and whereabouts, plus reviews from those who used them. Reviews were very accurate.”

“My enquiry resulted in multiple phone calls, one of which was unprofessional in his response to my description of the issue (dramatic conclusions reached without inspection, photos or thorough understanding) I was interested in having surveyed. Hi- I am sorry you were not happy with phone calls from the Surveyors. We do offer the option to not include your phone call so you are able to avoid this happening. If you want to do this you simply need to put 0000 into the telephone number box instead of your own number.

“Very efficient and quick to respond. Only issue I had was when the assessor came to my property he didn’t take his shoes off and walked in every room with his shoes. Was quite annoying.”
