“I live near Redditch and was disappointed to find some of the surveyors recommended were located in Manchester.”

“As it is many years since we last moved I was interested to know how much a property condition report would be. I had not realised that you would be passing my details immediately to so many surveyors who would contact me. For the moment at least I'm afraid their time has been wasted. It would had been helpful if there had been an option to withhold my information.”

“The person that came to my house lacked in professional knowledge, manners, and was argumentative. In future I will use an alternative.”

“A list of local surveyors was sent within minutes of my online enquiry. I was able to identify two that met my criteria and after receiving quotes from each I decided to engage one who was perfect in terms location, experience and price. Very pleased indeed. Thank you!”

“This service was very easy to use. It was great to get a tailor made list of local trade people in my area. I had a response from one of them very quickly so it saved me from having to spend time ringing around. The option to detail the work you want done is great because then you only get responses from companies who are in a position to carry it out. Many thanks.”

“I received a number of prompt and informative telephone calls and emails from prospective surveyors. All of those that contacted me were professional and explained the different aspects of levels of survey. If nothing else it has given me a lot of good information to work from.”

“Very helpful search for local businesses, In my case, I needed a party wall surveyor, so I sent me enquiry and within few minutes I got a list of local surveyors emailed to me. Then some of them even contacted me to discuss my request and explain the procedure.”

“Very easy to use and received estimates immediately. All of the local surveyors reached out within the next couple of hours with their official quotes, which was great. The only thing I would change is having the option to choose how they can contact you. There were a couple who bombarded me with back to back texts, WhatsApp messages and calls. I would have preferred if they only emailed.”
