“This is a very useful Service. Had 3 different surveyors email me with quotes immediately after I requested info via Loc Surveyors Ditect. We found a local EPC assessor who came out very promptly. Everything was sorted and complete within a couple of days.”

“Disappointed with rating although questioned the surveyor he stated it was a data base which analysed his answers but it appeared to be one size fits all and as we have not the norm it didn’t seem to allow for our solar tubes for heating water which operate very efficiently and we have the thicker loft insulation and all fairly new upvc windows at the new regulated gap all around. Our sun lounge is insulated with special insulated roof so cool in summer warm in winter The listing shows our windows as poor but apparently if I asked for a second opinion at a cost the result would be the same”

“Very helpful in negotiating choices and all with their own usually fairly detailed information. Prices were a good place to start followed by what they were offering further narrowing it down. A couple of phone calls helped make my final choice. Whether it turns out to be the right one remains to be seen!”

“I very rapidly received a deluge of calls and emails. Ultimately I chose to contact 4 who were fairly local and received quotes from all by the end of the day. A little more research to do, but this is certainly a very efficient service.”

“Not impressed at all. I used the site to just get a rough idea of what it would cost. However a number of companies immediately started emailing me to quote for the job. It was not made clear that this would happen. As far as I'm aware my email address was given just to receive the results of my search. I found this very intrusive and if I do need to hire one I will not hire any of the ones that emailed me.”

“The site is very useful in finding suppliers in local areas. The only down side is that the price advertised on site doesn't match what the assessor charges. The assessor charges more..!!”

“The quotes shown do not reflect the actual prices. The Surveyors want double the prices shown on your website. It's a scam.”
