These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“My request returned 7 local surveyors and all contacted me with a quote and sample reports except one. The prices were spread from £500 to £900 for an RICS level 3 survey. Some had excellent recent reviews and I selected one after discussing my proposed property over tgr phone. I am very pleased so far with the lical information provided.”

“Very good first time experience of using this site. I needed a new EPC pretty quickly & as I failed to locate the assessor for the previous one, I decided to try Local Surveyors Direct. They came up with several useful local contacts immediately. Some of these got back to me that very evening with their availability so I was able to choose someone who was in the town next day.”

“I sent an enquiry out on a Sunday afternoon and within minutes I was sent a list of 8 local stuctural engineers. Of the 8 on the list, 6 contacted me by lunch time on Monday and asked for further information and within 24 hours I had at least 3 quotes for the work necessary.”
