“Really easy to use and got quotes and even an immediate call in the evening from one of the prospective surveyors. The only thing to point out is that when you hit submit, it takes about a minute before any sort of screen changes and there is nothing to indicate is it "thinking" or putting the quotes together. So I must have hit the submit button several times as I thought it was a website/computer issue. All the surveyors got like 6 notifications!! Probably a bit irritating for them but I definitely got the immediate attention of one at least where it was linked to his phone.”

“After my initial posting I received 4 contacts from the selected list all within approximately 5 hours, I believed only one of the 4 contacts was suitable For my issue, I agreed a initial meeting With the surveyor with a view to progress Further”

“I received information from several companies within the hour. I contacted the company with the lowest quote. I have spoken with this company (possibly a sole trader) and agreed a survey next week. He explained, once I expressed areas of concern, that despite these concerns they would be considered and covered under the lower, household survey and explained the reasons why even though I was prepared to accept the costs involved with the dearer survey. As the survey has yet to be carried out, I cannot comment further.”
