“I entered my details and survey needs into a very simple online form and was contacted within an hour by several companies. I have no way of knowing their quality but assume they are all screened by the website. I am now waiting for further information and estimates from them, some offering site visits etc. thank you.”

“Quick access to a large number of local RICS surveyors with a wide price range. Quotes sorted from low to high. Would have got 5 stars apart from the fact that I'm still being pestered by 'cold callers' days after instructing my chosen surveyor.”

“We found our surveyor on this website which does exactly what it says on the tin. I couldn't see any option to stop the surveyors all contacting you. I ended up with four or five ringing me and sending me emails when we had already decided on our surveyor. There should be an option to opt out of that. And if there already is then it should be clearer.”
