“Thank you. The replies were all very quick but unfortunately most were from conveyancers and I was only interested in Surveyors. Having said that I was able to appoint one very quickly so thank you for a very efficient service.”

“I had 3 replies from a list of 7 surveyors given, 2 unfortunately were from outside the area and 1 was uncompetitive. I followed up another one from the list based in Wallsend and they matched a price I had received from another surveyor.”

“Good idea as it saves time doing online searches. Requested info on electricians qualified to do an electrical inspection (EICR) on a rental house. Received 4 quotes, one of which was ridiculously low. Info on electricians would be better if it included details of their NAPIT and/or NICEIC competencies as this is particularly relevant for some electrical work and saves the need for further searches.”
