Our main business is helping home owners and home buyers make contact with Building Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Architects, Domestic Energy Assessors, Electricians, Drainage Contractors and other people providing property related services. In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“The surveyor we found off the website, Philip Milne of H.I.C.H, promised things he clearly had no intention of delivering. Since he got my money he does not answer my calls. Whoops, there goes £400. Feels like a scam to me.”

Hi - thanks for your comments on the Supplier you found on our website. We take Customer complaints very seriously and always investigate and take the appropriate action. I can confirm that in the case of this particular Supplier, we removed his listing from our websites in May 2019 and his details are no longer being given to Customers. I appreciate this does not help your situation, but I hope it gives you some reassurance. “Got a list of local architects sent to me great but then i was inundated with email from individual surveyors despite ticking that i did not want my details given out and did not want to receive emails, so not so great.”

“When I want to contact an architect in Birmingham, someone with specific knowledge of the Markey there I don't want to be harassed by a company in London.”

“This site is misleading, the "GetEstimates" button does nothing but send your contact details to third parties. If you are lucky you will get an estimate back but more often you get "We are awesome, please get in touch and we can discuss" I would not recommend anyone use this site!”

“Very intrusive as didn't ask for any of your surveyors, and find your website is a front for a hard sell, would use anyone on your books even if they paid me.”

“This is the biggest load of rubbish ever. I looked on here to quickly compare quotes so I could contact the most appropriate. Within 24 hours I have had 5 calls and multiple emails from various different surveyors all trying to chase me up to see if I would pick them. It has been incredibly annoying and a real nuisance”

“all i wanted was information about local Structural engineers, the results were not local and i was hounded by phone calls from companies before id even looked at them myself.”

“time wasting excise - in first instant did not get my requrirement secondly since it did not get my requirement send wrong type of companies and out of 5 compannies one was out of date information two did not respond and two responded to notify they were architect and nothing to do with surveying or inspection”

“I wish i had never used this website. With in seconds of completing the form i received multiple phone calls, tsxt messages and emails and it was a constant stream of companies trying to contact me. Then after I contacted the website and told them to get rid of all my details and not to have any further contact with me they sent out an email to review them. Well heres your review. Aweful don't use unless you like constantly being spammed.”
