“Total waste of time ! Neither of the 2 surveyors got in touch. I sent an email after a week and this came back a day later saying undeliverable ! You need to get your site properly updated! You have the time now after all !! No excuses re the lockdown as people can still respond and some surveyors are still working keeping social distancing in mins ! We've sorted out our own surveyors now with the help of estate agents who manage do fo their job efficiently even in these difficult times. I guess you need to sort your site out !!”

“The name of the site is misleading. I was provided with 3 quotes from your site, one company claimed to provide a local surveyor (the others were clearly not based nearby). After I made payment I was given details of the surveyor who would complete my survey, he was based over 100 miles away with no knowledge of the local area and terrible reviews online. Thankfully I realised straight away and was just within the window to cancel.”

“Got 10 calls that day from companies there needs to be a box you can tick saying you don't want to be contacted. I used this site to get a idea of costing for a family member not for my self to be contacted all day when my phone was needed for work on call”

“Joe frasier was one who gave a reasonable price but then demanded payement before even attempting to get an appointment confirmed. They were also rude and unpleasant on the phone.. So o went elsewhere”

“Had a great response in finding several surveyors who provided me with quotes for the work. I chose one that was local to the property I was buying. The surveyor I used was very efficient and provided a very good detailed report.”

“i asked if the surveyor could give me a quick call only to say yes major problems or no problems as such i was told he would but no call happened .i also called the ofice number and spoke with someone there who said he would call the surveyor and let him know to call me again nothing happened .i have wasted over a week waiting for the report and in the report it says if i need more info call him but when i did again nothing so i have emailed him but as yet nothing..you then ask me for a review so here it is if i am every asked to recomend your services again i will tell people to steer clear from you as it looks like with all the delays i have now i will have to lower the price of my home to keep these buyers from pulling out of buying”
