“I used the website to get an idea of what services are available to me, an idea of costings and to compare prices. I thought it would then be up to me to contact one of the companies and arrange myself. Instead, I have been bombarded with phone calls, relentless emails and text messages, pestering me to use one of the quotes given. I have never been so bothered in my life! The idea of the website is great, however the method in which information is shared is not. I didnt end up using any of the services provided because I felt so bombarded and pressured.”

“I obtained a name, he visited to carry out a survey of our loft installation, but he took my £350 , failed to provide a report, and has not answered any texts, letters, or emails. The matter is now being investigated by the National Institute. Not a very satisfactory experience”

“Stephan Latham from akpropertyconsultancy Came to the house, borrowed’ some of our documents we agreed on a price for service. He then disappeared and has not answered his phone or replied to emails since ( 4 months) and not returned our documents. Worse than worthless we lost 3 months and our documents. Can you find out what happened and return our documents?”

“Easy-to-use website. Received two quotes and chose Rivercrest. I was impressed by their helpfulness, responsiveness and courtesy, and by the detail in the 2nd level survey, which will be a practical reference document going forward.
