“Just amazing! Had a call the day before to talk about the process and if there was anything in particular we wanted to have looked into. The survey came through just 4 days later! Survey was thorough but the review was written well and was easy to understand! I would recommend to everyone! Thank you to Tim!”

“Survey completed in a timely manner, but didn’t feel there was any personal involvement. They just did the survey and then sent a report. A conversation with the surveyor would have made it feel more personable and maybe even helpful to determine what we actually need to be concerned with.”

“Good in suggesting local surveyors however it would be appreciated if contact details did not have to be sent onto all of them as some of them harrass for the work. Clients should be able to choose which one they want to proceed with and forward their details onto only one rather than having 3 or 4 companies constantly calling and emailing. Novello are the worst for this.”

“This site was very helpful, I received three quotes from qualified RICS surveyors. One of them was far too expensive and sent me too many e mails and rang me, I was not impressed. The second was a bit less money. The third was excellent, The Nest. Their e mail was pleasant and their fee fair. They have my vote, and when the time comes Mr.Firkettle will be the surveyor we engage. He deserves five stars, the missing star is for the expensive firm.”

“I used the website to get an idea of what services are available to me, an idea of costings and to compare prices. I thought it would then be up to me to contact one of the companies and arrange myself. Instead, I have been bombarded with phone calls, relentless emails and text messages, pestering me to use one of the quotes given. I have never been so bothered in my life! The idea of the website is great, however the method in which information is shared is not. I didnt end up using any of the services provided because I felt so bombarded and pressured.”

“I obtained a name, he visited to carry out a survey of our loft installation, but he took my £350 , failed to provide a report, and has not answered any texts, letters, or emails. The matter is now being investigated by the National Institute. Not a very satisfactory experience”
