“Stephan Latham from akpropertyconsultancy Came to the house, borrowed’ some of our documents we agreed on a price for service. He then disappeared and has not answered his phone or replied to emails since ( 4 months) and not returned our documents. Worse than worthless we lost 3 months and our documents. Can you find out what happened and return our documents?”

“Easy-to-use website. Received two quotes and chose Rivercrest. I was impressed by their helpfulness, responsiveness and courtesy, and by the detail in the 2nd level survey, which will be a practical reference document going forward. “A very useful starting point. Site was easy to use and came up with two possible local surveyors. It was reassuring to know that by using this site, only qualified personnel would be listed. Following this we instructed Lakelander Surveying Ltd which provided a prompt and very thorough survey of the property. We were very satisfied with what was a detailed survey and the manner in which it was conducted - friendly and professional. Overall a very satisfactory experience.”
