“The website was easy to use and I was quickly contacted by local surveyors who gave me details of their company and their prices. I instructed Andrew Hickin who produced a comprehensive and easy to understand Level 3 report on the property I wished to purchase. In the end I did not proceed with the purchase as the remedial work required was both extensive and expensive. Andrew has since provided a survey report for another property - again very informative and I am proceeding with the purchase. In addition to the written report (emailed within 7 working days), Andrew also offers an informal telephone conversation immediately after the inspection to go through the main issues.”

“I was unable to find a surveyor to help me with my request. None were available with less than three weeks notice and I needed help within days, not weeks. I also wanted an attended visit, which seems to be outside the remit of several of the businesses.”

“My buyer used these jokers said there was things wrong with my house so the buyers had contractors come too the house and no problems was found and the guy took photos with my kids in the bed room 🤔🤔🤔 delayed the sale for nothing all well in the end buyer bought the house”

“I selected Marcel Blum, an architect who does building surveys, rather than a building surveyor from the Local Building Surveyor list and was absolutely delighted by the thoroughness of Marcel's report, his accessibility and willingness to discuss survey findings post survey and also the opportunity to discuss possible building alterations with someone who thinks in 3D. Marcel, who has a wealth of experience to draw upon, even went as far as doing some rough sketches of possible changes to the building for us at no extra cost. Thank you very much Marcel - a great choice for our building survey!”

“The surveyor took my cash, did the so called survey and I never heard from him again. No report or communication, hence I lost the sale of the property being surveyed. A con man masquerading as a surveyor and still practicing....”
