“Unfortunately our survey was cancelled on the morning that it was due to take place and they were not able to find a replacement surveyor to carry it out at any point in the future. Has caused serious problems for us as most other companies have a 6 week lead time and we're meant to be moving in 4.”

“I used Cosey Homes and would give them no stars, I am in the process of complaining to the Ombsudsman. At the very beginning of the report they stated that the property was occupied and fully furnished, they also said that due to this some areas were not able to be inspected, this was untrue, it was not occupied or furnished. This statement coloured my view of the property even before I had studied the content of the report, as when I visited the house it was empty. I did complain to them and was sent an amended copy of the report. When I approached the estate agent he was upset, he contacted the vendor who also, understandably very upset as this put his character into question.”
