“I found this service very helpful in terms of finding possible surveyors quickly. I received quotes from three people within ministers and had been contacted by email individually. I spoke to the one I was interested in within hours and would have been very happy to use him, but unfortunately the building society insisted that it had to be someone from their panel.”

“Having made an appointment with the organising company for a surveyor to visit the property the following week I was surprised that he actually visited the following day. I was very pleased that his report was clear, accurate, comprehensive and well written, so I recommend the surveyor who did the work.”

“Very over priced and upon trying to negotiate a better price one of the companies - RBC Surveyors (R & B Consultancy Ltd) threw their toys out the pram and withdrew their quotations altogether. I used GavaghanJones Surveyors Ltd in the end - they were very good and very well priced.”

“I received your list of five surveyors quotes with out any trouble. l decided to use a Malcolm Haworth whose quote was £361. When l e-mailed him the quote was raised to £420. This l found misleading and l think you need to get things sorted between you. l gave your list a second chance using Castle Surveyors Ltd whose quote was the same as advertised.”
