“The surveyor told me that she was far too busy to talk to me, she would be going away on holiday later. She didn't have time to talk....... she was still talking to me on how much of a bother it was whilst she was putting the phone down on me!”

“Virtually no choice offered. Only one RICS registered company offered and the other was not RICS registered (although the individual surveyors were but this was not stated on your posting). If you don't offer more than one supplier (or all the potential suppliers) customers could think that other suppliers are being excluded for some reason”
