“I found this site very useful and am using one of the surveyors suggested by them. What I found unnecessary was the cold calling by some of the surveyors to tout for business. This puts me off using them and the one I am using did not do that, just sent me his details for me to make my mind up.”

“The surveyor chosen visited the property 2 weeks ago and is yet to complete and send me a report on this for which he had been paid this has contributed to the house I wished to purchase being readvertized”

“Website was very easy to use and provided me with two quotes. I opted to instruct Cosey Homes following recommendations and reviews online. I was extremelly pleased with the Homebuyers Report I received. At 58 pages it was very detailed and the surveyor was clearly very knowledgeable. I would recommend Local Building Surveyor and Cosey Homes to anyone.”

“ive rang these people on a numerous occassions so that they can come and value my flat. and not once have they been bothered to return my call. im wondering do these people really exist, wont be ringing these again. both emailed and telephone.”

“The survey got down and the report should have been presented within 3 days after I had paid for it but until now today the 4th day tomorrow being the 5th day I still have not receive the report. No one has bothered to contact me to state why not when it will be ready. I had called to find out when will I get it and was told as soon as it it ready and that was it which is unacceptable.”

“I looked for quotes for a full building survey and also for a homebuyers report, only got choice of 2 firms in both cases. Only one of them followed up by calling me. Have now taken advice from my architect instead on who is a good local surveyor.”
