“To meet our obligations, a valuation by an independent RICS surveyor was required. We sought the help of our Estate Agent, who proved to be useless. I went online and found your website, filled in my requirements and in minutes I had three quotations for the survey. I contacted one of the companies and received first class service. “it was very helpful to get estimate how much we need to pay. as we are first time buyer, there are always confusions or uncertainty which survey we need or what is the procedure, but one of the company very kindly sent me email and explained details. our vender did basic survey and we could buy the home buyer survey from previous lady attempted to buy the house this time. but we will come back to that company when we need it next time. thank you.”
