“It was ok but the recommended firm did not offer a home buyers survey - which their website said they did - so it proved a waste of time and effort. I just picked a firm I knew anyway”

“You put me in touch with a fantastic guy - Chris Humphreys who could not have been more helpful. He organised a survey very quickly - on a Sunday - and verbally fed back to me that day to allow a swift decision to be made. (along with some practical advice). All at a very reasonable cost. Thanks Chris, can not recommend you enough.”

“My wife and I, we're thinking of purchasing a bungalow in an ideal location for us. Sadly it had issues which worried us, so we decided to see how easy, and how much it would be likely to cost us. We were impressed on the the informative response of all the surveyors, but decided not to go ahead with the purchase. Many thanks anyway. Mr D Cooper.”

“I was able to do everything on line. The surveyor Andrew J Hyde contacted me by Email within 24 hours of my enquiry. The surveyor's report appears to be thorough and detailed, I will be checking out the items raised with a builder within the week. I would be perfectly happy to engage a local surveyor via the RICS web portal again.”

“I cant comment as i haven't received the report yet, still waiting for the conditions to be sent by post to sign before I can receive it. I probably would have picked a more local surveyer ,where I could have gone a signed the conditions. If I had known I had to do this.”
