“it was very helpful to get estimate how much we need to pay. as we are first time buyer, there are always confusions or uncertainty which survey we need or what is the procedure, but one of the company very kindly sent me email and explained details. our vender did basic survey and we could buy the home buyer survey from previous lady attempted to buy the house this time. but we will come back to that company when we need it next time. thank you.”

“I found this site very useful and am using one of the surveyors suggested by them. What I found unnecessary was the cold calling by some of the surveyors to tout for business. This puts me off using them and the one I am using did not do that, just sent me his details for me to make my mind up.”

“Website was very easy to use and provided me with two quotes. I opted to instruct Cosey Homes following recommendations and reviews online. I was extremelly pleased with the Homebuyers Report I received. At 58 pages it was very detailed and the surveyor was clearly very knowledgeable. “ive rang these people on a numerous occassions so that they can come and value my flat. and not once have they been bothered to return my call. im wondering do these people really exist, wont be ringing these again. both emailed and telephone.”
