I received your list of five surveyors quotes with out any trouble. l decided to use a Malcolm Haworth whose quote was £361. When l e-mailed him the quote was raised to £420. This l found misleading and l think you need to get things sorted between you.
l gave your list a second chance using Castle Surveyors Ltd whose quote was the same as advertised.
