“The surveyor attended within a satisfactory timescale and the report was comprehensive and gave all the information that I needed and was written in a very understandable format. Cost of survey was reasonable for service undertaken.”

“WE were moving from Devon to Somerset. So we found this website invaluable. Had the information and contacts that we required. A surveyor was found and carried out the survey to a high standard. He was knowledable of the area which was valuable information. Highly recommend.”

“I found this service very helpful in terms of finding possible surveyors quickly. I received quotes from three people within ministers and had been contacted by email individually. I spoke to the one I was interested in within hours and would have been very happy to use him, but unfortunately the building society insisted that it had to be someone from their panel.”

“Very over priced and upon trying to negotiate a better price one of the companies - RBC Surveyors (R & B Consultancy Ltd) threw their toys out the pram and withdrew their quotations altogether. I used GavaghanJones Surveyors Ltd in the end - they were very good and very well priced.”
