“I received your list of five surveyors quotes with out any trouble. l decided to use a Malcolm Haworth whose quote was £361. When l e-mailed him the quote was raised to £420. This l found misleading and l think you need to get things sorted between you. l gave your list a second chance using Castle Surveyors Ltd whose quote was the same as advertised.”

“The website was great we found a surveyor within minutes and had a date booked in the same day. Sadly the surveyor we picked did the viewing and 8++ weeks later we are still waiting for the report, he does not answer his phone or return emails after the initial contact. Very disappointed and stressed. One email saying we would have the report that night 2 weeks after that we are still waiting.”

“To meet our obligations, a valuation by an independent RICS surveyor was required. We sought the help of our Estate Agent, who proved to be useless. I went online and found your website, filled in my requirements and in minutes I had three quotations for the survey. I contacted one of the companies and received first class service. The survey has now been completed. A super service, which saved me a great deal of worry. Many thanks”
