“I absolutely love the teapot I purchased,it was exactly what I wanted. The service was excellent ,delivery speedy ,Lillian Daph to be recommended. This teapot is advertised for one person but actually it's a really good two cup or mugs which is what I was after .”

We are so sorry regarding the mix up with the coloured Molly vases you ordered, this is the first we have heard that you received the wrong ones as we would have been able to get the correct vases sent out straight away for replacement. The Molly vases are quite similar in colour between the pinks but no excuse this is completely our fault. Apologies again, Craig, LD

“Brilliant product and fantastic customer service. I love to support small, independent companies. I have bought Broste Copenhagen pottery from a few different retailers but Lillian Daph was a little bit cheaper. More importantly, the customer care was refreshing. Often, once a company has got your order, it loses interest but nothing was too much trouble.”
