“I found your lovely shop via Trouva while browsing internet ...i was looking for some Madam Stoltz items and was super happy to find the items that had been on my wishlist for a few weeks. I have just received my package and I am super happy. The cushion is gorgeous as well as the rattan moons. Will post pics soon ... An order from your shop is due to be delivered tomorrow and I am super excited. Thank you for your efficiency ...the package was perfect and the cardboard box is super strong too ! “I was urgently trying to get hold of a balance bike and helmet for my three year old’s birthday when I contacted Lilian Daph one evening. I got a response within an hour to say that they could help (despite the items showing as sold out on their site). The lady contacted the bike manufacturer to find out when their next supply was arriving and kept me updated almost daily. They even managed to find a helmet for me when it turned out that the manufacturer’s supply was going to be too late for my daughter’s birthday. I had a brilliant customer experience with Lilian Daph and will be using them again soon! Thank you!”
