“What a lovely shop, full of amazing things. My girlfriend has filled our house with so many items from here. It has some very different pictures, canvasses, soft furnishings and ornaments I’ve not seen anywhere else. The staff are so friendly too. We’ll be back again soon 😊”

“Amazing little shop in Saltburn. Gorgeous and unique furniture and accessories whilst feeling very welcomed by very friendly staff. I could wander around this shop for hours, it has a lovely atmosphere! Staff are always happy to help both in the shop and online. Products are of a very high quality. I would 100% recommend Lillian Daph for a quality and unique purchase. Great place for gifts too.”

“I love the style of this teapot ,it’s colour ,it pours well but I feel I have a seconds as there are little black spots on it which don’t appear on the mugs ,it was a moment of disappointment when I saw them but apart from this I love the teapot”

Hi Janet, Thank You for taking the time to leave us a review, I'm sorry you aren't fully satisfied with your recent purchase, the black marks you have on your teapot are the finish on all the Nordic Sea range tableware, the full range is hand finished making them all completely different and not one the same as the other. We do get orders with customers asking for a lighter/darker finish across the Nordic sea range and we are always happy to pick out from our stock. By all means if you aren't completely happy with the finish we would offer you a refund on that item or to replace it, I have just checked the others we have in stock and they all have more significant black finish marks on them. “We visited this store whilst spending the weekend with family and the shop is amazing! If we could we would live in it! All the products for sale are exceptional and it took us two visits and endless chats to finally decide on our purchases. We can’t wait to visit the store again and Can’t praise this store enough. The staff were excellent and really helpful!”

“Great service and communication. The items were exactly as ordered at a great price. I only wish you had more in stock as I would have ordered more. The delivery arrived on time and I was kept fully up to date by email of delivery times etc., Would definitely recommend Lillian Daph.”
