“Product is good, postage is a joke, put item into a box that would take 20 of them and try to justify it, I’ve just sent 17.5 kg insured for £50 for not much more, won’t use again”

Hi Chris, Thanks for your review, although I can't really see an issue here. Your delivery charge was £7.50 which is pretty much standard for your product type. I can understand the frustration sometimes as the carriage charge was actually higher then the value of product you purchased, but we do not ammortize delivery costs within our product prices so the ratio can seem odd sometimes.
