“No problems with order or delivery... Gave 4 starts instead of 5 due to the amount of packaging for such a small thing! There are smaller bubble pouches available that will still protect and smaller boxes to put items in. if anything, smaller box means less movement in box and less likely to break anyway.”

“Fortunately I happened to have a miniature allen key. I wasn't expecting to assemble the floor uplighter. It all worked though. I still wonder how on earth to remove the plastic bulb cover when I have to put a new bulb in.”

“Easy to order. Arrived safely within the time-frame promised. Lamp without a bulb and minimum order of 5 bulbs was a bit unnecessary especially as they arrive in a separate big cardboard box. Lamp looks lovely and was bought for a golden wedding anniversary gift. Present not yet given but pleased so far.”

“Delivery and service was fine but the lights are poor in my view. They mark very easily and you can't get the marks off as they are porous, being ceramic. The bigger problem is the lack of space at the back to connect to the house wiring. If the existing house wires have any length at all, even a few inches, there is simply no room for the cables (even worse when there are two cables in the ring) and the connectors that come with the lights. I had to create channels in the rooms to make them fit, and again, being ceramic, the lights are very fragile so no room to manoeuvre.”

“Good service, product arrived on time. Quality of product itself not top drawer - set screws don't fit well and the transformer doesn't seem dimmer compatible (buzzes). But works OK and in the setting it's in, it's not a significant issue. Just not expected considering the cost of the item.”
