“I waited almost 2 weeks to be informed that these lights were out of stock/ end production. However, that being said, once I had highlighted the problem, it was dealt with very efficiently and promptly- excellent customer service.”

“Web site was a bit confusing as it stated that it was "next day delivery" which turned out to be wrong. When product arrived it was faulty but Customer Service was excellent and sent a replacement immediately. This works perfectly.”

“Poorly packed, huge box, loads of packing but all on top so bulbs altogether at bottom. One bulb was smashed on receipt. Sent picture of smashed bulb back to company, no response.”
