“Very quick service indeed and the lights we ordered are or a high standard.. only slight downside is that the light bulbs paired for three of the lights were, we felt, too long for the light fitting as they were clearly very visible and detracted from th appearance. As such we replaced ourselves locally with a short product which is not visible. Thank you for a great set of light fittings and prompt service at competitive price.”

“Generally good. My only adverse comment is that the order was split into two deliveries and whilst the second delivery was preceded by an email (the evening before) the first delivery arrived without any notice. Fortunately I was in to accept the package, but as I was not expecting it I could have been out. It is important when sending a package that must be signed for by the customer to always inform them when dispatched for each package in a split order.”

“I was not advised that the free light bulb was out of stock, therefore, delaying the delivery of my order, which I then had to chase by telephone. This resulted in the light being sent first, followed by delivery of the free bulb separately.”

“The product is exactly what I needed, I ordered paying for next day delivery.l, as I had somebody to install the item for me, I then received an email confirming the order, but informing me the delivery date was in three days. I contacted the company who told me they would ensure my order was delivered the next day,. Unfortunately this didn't happen. So I now have the product but no one to install it for me. The company upon contacting them again did refund the delivery charges.”
