“Items were delivered quickly but I was disappointed that despite arduous efforts to contact the company (emails and telephone messages) to add some joining leads to my order they were unable to do this. I felt they could have been more accommodating as the postage cost to send me the two leads on a separate order outweighed the cost of the items. I ended up buying these from my local electrical wholesaler.”

“I ordered a set of LED strip lights after searching online. the reviews for Lighting Direct were good, so I took the plunge. I was kept up to date throughout the purchase right up to delivery by sensibly spaced emails and texts. the delivery was on time, the packaging was adequate and the product in working order. I have fitted the lifts and the work well, good light coverage and light weight product. the only comments to the products are: The cables are very short (Aporx 1m) The fixing clips are a touch flimsy, they could grip the light more firmly. overall, I would deffinately use them again.”

“The order was dispatched in parts but I was unaware. Money was taken from my account twice which meant I had been over charged. It was only by me spotting it that we found this out and it was dealt with. I was not happy about that. However, you customer services team sorted it out immediately and refunded me and were extremely helpful particularly Lorita Winter”

“Ordering is easy and delivery quick. However, minus one star because (a) the bulbs came in a separate unnecessarily large box and (b) the lights came in a truly humungous box, in which the bulbs and several small children would also have fitted. No breakages.”
