“Good website and the light fitting was good quality. Delivery was 5 working days, exactly as per the web info (3 - 5 days). Only improvement I would like is to improve on delivery times. Most websites now deliver 2-3 days max.”

Please accpet my apologies, there was an error in the warehouse and only 2 of the 3 fittings were sent. From our telephone conversation this morning I have dispatched the third fitting along with a set of free of charge lamps these will be delivered tomorrow via Fedex. “The e-mail sent to advise me that my Credit Card payment had not gone through the first time had no logo or official markings on it. It could have been a scam from anybody. It gave a different order number and telephone number for me to ring and give my Credit Card details. I had to ring the number I had originally to check its authenticity.”

“Light turned up on time. Assembly instructions clear. Top of light rather insecure, but adequate. Instructions regarding a daytime walkthrough test leave a little to be desired, but the important thing is that . . . . it works”

“Good price. However, including VAT and postage costs makes comparison easier. Delivery time was good. Product appears to be robust and up to the job. The light was advertised with a 3year warranty. We'll see if it lasts that long.”

“Generally service was good.... Big issue with the payment company paying through the web site.... Transaction was fine with lighting direct and I received my goods... However lyco systems caused major problems and six months later chasing for payment when all had assumed had been paid.... Having no idea and an out of the blue email it took sometime and hassle to validate the email and calls being genuine.... Very poor service from lyco and suggest lighting direct changes their web merchant.... I'm assuming this happened to other lighting direct and lyco customers.....”
