“The ordered was not delivered by Evri. All attempts to contact Evri have failed who claim they couldn't find our house despite parking up about 10 metres from our gate.”

“Arrived in broken box and after two days in sunlight still haven't turned on at night..obvously they have never worked even from the try me button . No point sending back as delivery costs ..”

“My order was received the day after ordering. The light looks great and was well packaged. Can't wait for it to be installed. I just hope the motion sensor works well and lasts a long time, as I have seen lots of reviews of other lamps (not from Lighting Direct, though) that say the sensors stop working after a couple of years.”

“Excellent prompt service. The goods were extremely well protected in two boxes, the larger contained protective air filled polythene bags and within the box, a further box containing the outside PIR LIGHT that I had ordered. The kit was complete and easy to assemble. The product was not a high quality item, but that was my choice and the price paid to replace an unexpectedly failed unit was perfectly acceptable. If other suppliers could meet this level of customer service, there would be fewer complaints! Well done...”

“I ordered 2 security lights, one of which was found to have a faulty pir after fitting. I emailed to ask for a replacement, but only had a reply initiating a return. So the expectation is that I get the electrician back to take it down and then for him to come back to replace, all at my cost. Bad service Lyco!”
