“Products have not arrived. Lighting direct use FedEx who delivered the products and left it with another party without taking note of where this was. This was a week ago, Lighting Direct still been unable to locate my products, but of course, I have been charged.”

Very glad that we managed to finally track down your package and you did finally receive your fittings on the 7th Sep. This is a rare occurance however understandably very frustrating for you all the same. The protocol in place for the carriers is to obtain a signature on delivery and if this is to a nearby property as the customer is not home, a card with details left to advise. In your case this did not happen and for this I apologise. We have of course referred this matter to FedEx for investigation and you can be assured it has been addressed.
