Thank you for your kind comments regarding our service and prompt delivery. Customer care is of the utmost importance to us and recognition of this is much appreciated. The product you chose is the widest in our range that is also dimmable and therefore other picture lights we stock that are manoeuvrable obviously did not suit your requirements. We try and stock as broad a range as possible and therefore we have different models, makes and finishes of these fittings. You're probably correct that this picture light even with the dimensions such as it has of 550mm x 180mm, is not quite adequate for the very large picture that you are trying to illuminate. Kind Regards, Patricia Mullane Customer Care Team Leader
