“I can't praise this company enough. My order became " a special" which meant a delay on the delivery. When they found I was disappointed every effort was made to find me one which they did and was sent express delivery. 1st class service from Lighting Direct”

Sorry to read this. I can understand your disappointment. Your purchase left us within hours of you placing your order however as I discussed with you, the delay is down to our carriers having difficulty locating your address. We enjoy excellent service from our carrier partners however on rare occasions delays occur. “The fitting was damaged.The packing was 100% nothing wrong with the way it was packed. The frame holding the glass was broken on one corner,with no visible damage. Made a repair rather than returning the item.”
