“The lights arrived on time and all looked good, bearing in mind galvanised steel can never look perfect, but I had bought them for the 15 year guarantee for a coastal property. One of the shades had two nicks of rust on the edge so I phoned the number given in the box and was really impressed with their response, apologetic, really helpful and they organised next day delivery for a replacement and pick up of faulty light. Excellent service and sure enough new light turned up the next day. Would highly recommend this company.”
