“Ordered 2 lights showing in stock and 2 bulbs, paid for next day delivery. 2 days later bulbs arrived but no lights; despite endless emails none mentioned that lights were out of stock. Company do not seem to see any issue and refusing to refund the extra delivery charge. Sign of a company is how they deal with problems- Disappointing”

“ONE OF THE ITEMS I PURCHASED WAS FAULTY WHEN FITTED. LIGHTING DIRECT WERE VERY HELPFUL AND SENT OUT A REPLACEMENT THE SAME DAY AND ARRANGED FOR THE FAULTY ITEM TO BE COLLECTED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD CERTAINLY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM.”
